# Tableau Content Consumer Roles

> [!TIP]
>
> This content is part of Tableau Blueprint—a maturity framework allowing you to zoom in and improve how your organization uses data to drive impact. To begin your journey, take our [assessment](https://www.tableau.com/en-us/learn/webinars/tableaus-blueprint-self-assessment).

Content consumers include everyone who uses Tableau to make data-driven decisions, including licensed Creators, Explorers, and Viewers. While content consumers are not part of the project team, it will be useful to solicit feedback from them periodically to understand their ability to access data, create content, and make data-driven business decisions.

Content consumers will provide valuable feedback throughout your deployment and upgrade cycles. The project team should collect their input during [Tableau Community Engagement](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/blueprint/en-us/bp_community_engagement.htm) activities and [Tableau Support Processes](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/blueprint/en-us/bp_support_processes.htm). If common problems are surfaced, they should be addressed in the Getting Started and FAQ areas of the [Tableau Enablement Intranet](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/blueprint/en-us/bp_enablement_intranet.htm).
