# Tableau roles and responsibilities

The Roles & responsibilities tab, found in the [Tableau Blueprint Planner](https://mkt.tableau.com/TableauBlueprintPlanner.xlsx), helps to identify the cross-functional sponsor and project team members. The individuals you select will be responsible for understanding current/future state capabilities, goals and challenges. Depending on the size and scope of your deployment, the number of people may vary.
