# Tableau Server Application Server

Application Server (VizPortal) 會處理 Web 應用程式和 REST API 呼叫。Application Server 也支援瀏覽和搜尋。若要確保 Application Server 的高可用性，請在 Tableau Server 叢集的每個節點上設定執行個體。

Application Server 處理序失敗時會發生什麼事？由該執行個體處理的要求會失敗，但是後續要求將路由傳送至其他執行 Application Server 的程序。假設包含失敗 Application Server 的節點仍在執行，則失敗的程序應該在數秒內自動重新啟動。

## 疑難排解應用程式伺服器問題

從版本 2024.2.0 開始，管理員可以啟用活動和資源追蹤 (ART) 資料來解決應用程式伺服器問題。捕獲的 ART 資料提供記憶體和 CPU 使用情況的詳細見解。如果伺服器遇到[伺服器資源管理器 (SRM)](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/perf_guidelines.htm#SRM) 由於應用程式伺服器 (VizPortal) 的本機記憶體飽和而重新啟動問題，這可能很有用。

**重要資訊：** 啟用 ART 時，其他項目將寫入 vizportal java 和 cpp 記錄檔中。完成調查後，不應啟用 ART。請務必停用 ART 以避免額外的磁碟空間使用。

### 在 Tableau Server 上啟用 ART 資料

若要啟用 ART 資料：

1. 在初始節點（安裝了 TSM 的節點）上以管理員身分開啟命令提示字元。
2. 執行以下 tsm 命令：
    
    1. tsm configuration set -k [vizportal.enable\_art](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm#vizportal_enable_art) -v true
    2. tsm configuration set -k [vizportal.log\_art\_java](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm#vizportal_lot_art_java) -v true
    3. tsm configuration set -k [vizportal.art\_skip\_list](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm#vizportal_art_skip_list) -v "/v1/reportEventUnauthenticated,/v1/getSessionInfo,/v1/hasUnseenNotifications,/v1/refreshSession,/v1/getViews,/v1/getUsers,/v1/getWorkbooks,/v1/getView,/v1/getServerSettingsUnauthenticated,/v1/getProjectAncestors,/v1/getWorkbook"
    4. tsm restart

預設情況下，應用程式伺服器記錄檔可在此處找到：

C:\\ProgramData\\Tableau\\Tableau Server\\data\\tabsvc\\logs\\vizportal

### 停用 ART

完成調查後停用 ART 資料。要停用 ART，請在命令提示字元後執行以下命令：

1. tsm configuration set -k vizportal.enable\_art -v false
2. tsm configuration set -k vizportal.log\_art\_java -v false
3. tsm configuration set -k vizportal.art\_skip\_list -v ""
4. tsm restart
