# 伺服器升級 - 備份 Tableau Server

我們_強烈_建議在開始升級流程之前備份您的 Tableau Server 安裝。在開始升級之前進行的備份可提供設定升級環境的測試版本所需的資料，並且它還使您能夠在升級流程失敗時進行復原。升級流程中不包括備份步驟，除非升級包括 PostGRES 的次要版本升級，然後在升級流程中建立僅供內部使用的 pg 升級。

**附註：** 

- 建議您在即將進行備份之前在您的生產環境中停用訂閱和排程，並在備份完成之後重新啟用它們。當您在測試環境中恢復您的備份時，這樣做將有助於避免您的使用者收到重複的訂閱和電子郵件。
- 如果具有大型安裝或具有許多擷取，完整備份可能需要大量時間。
- 從完成備份到進行升級這段時間所做的任何變更都將遺失，因為這些變更未包括在備份中。

要備份伺服器設定資料，請使用 `tsm settings` 命令。

使用 `tsm maintenance backup` 命令時，會將目前日期附加到備份檔案：

tsm maintenance backup -f <backup\_file> -d
