# 離線停用 Tableau Server

若 Tableau Server 無法存取網際網路，您可以依照本主題中的說明停用 Tableau Server。您需要另一台可以存取網際網路的電腦來完成此啟用流程。

**附註：**目前，若您的 Tableau Server 部署中啟用了 ATR 服務，則無法停用 Tableau Server 2023.1.0 或更高版本。有關詳細資訊，請參閱 Knowledge 文章 [Tableau Server 2023.1+：使用 ATR 進行離線授權停用不可用](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=001534333&type=1)。

1. 在 Tableau Server 初始節點上，建立一個目錄來存儲在下一步中建立的離線停用檔。
2. 使用 Tableau 管理員帳戶登入到 TSM，然後執行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses get-offline-deactivation-file -k <productkey> -o <deactivation-file-directory>`
3. 將 `TableauOfflineDeactivationRequest.tlq` 檔案從您在上一個命令中指定的停用檔案目錄移至一台可以存取網際網路的受信任電腦。
4. 在可存取網際網路的受信任電腦上，開啟 Web 瀏覽器並造訪 Tableau [產品啟用](http://www.tableau.com/zh-tw/support/drivers/activation)頁面。按照該頁面上的說明進行操作以提交 `TableauOfflineDeactivationRequest.tlq` 檔案。
    
    **附註：**此流程不適用於 Microsoft Edge 瀏覽器。
5. 出現提示時，從 \[**產品啟動**\] 頁面中儲存產品金鑰返回檔 (`return.tlr`)。
6. 將產品金鑰傳回檔案 (`return.tlr`) 從可以存取網際網路的受信任電腦移至執行授權伺服器服務的 Tableau Server 初始節點。
7. 使用 Tableau 管理員帳戶登入到 TSM，然後執行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses deactivate -f <path-to-license-key-return-file>`
    
    `tsm restart`
    
    **附註**：`tsm restart` 僅適用於伺服器仍持有一個或多個有效授權的情況。停用所有授權後，Tableau Server 無法啟動，執行 tsm restart 將導致伺服器保持降級狀態。
