# 設定伺服器當機報告程式

預設情況下停用了伺服器損毀報告。本主題介紹如何啟用和設定伺服器損毀報告。損毀報告被加密並傳送到 Tableau。有關詳情，請參閱[伺服器當機報告程式](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/crashdata_server.htm)。

如果您的組織使用 Proxy 伺服器連線到網際網路，則必須將伺服器當機報告程式設為使用 Proxy。即使您已將 Tableau Server 設為使用 Proxy，您還必須單獨設定伺服器當機報告程式。若要為伺服器當機報告程式設定 Proxy，您必須使用 TSM CLI 程序，如本主題中所述。

**重要資訊：**如果您的資料須遵守隱私法規，請不要啟用損毀報告。

1. 在瀏覽器中開啟 TSM：
    
    https://<tsm-computer-name>:8850。有關詳情，請參閱[登入到 Tableau 服務管理員 Web UI](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/sign_in_tsm.htm)。
2. 按一下 \[維護\] 索引標籤。
3. 在「其他維護工作」下的「伺服器當機報告程式」中，選取「啟用當機報告」：

4. 指定一天中排程將損毀報告上載到 Tableau 的時間。
5. 完成後，按一下 \[暫止的變更\] ，然後按一下 \[套用變更並重新啟動\] 。

使用下面的組態檔範本建立一個 json 檔案。使用適當的值填寫各個選項之後，使用以下命令傳遞 json 檔案並應用設定：

`tsm settings import -f path-to-file.json`

`tsm pending-changes apply`

如果擱置組態需要重新啟動伺服器，`pending-changes apply` 命令將顯示提示，讓您知道即將重新啟動。即使伺服器已停止，也會顯示提示，但在這種情況下不會重新啟動。您可以使用 `--ignore-prompt` 選項隱藏提示，但這樣做不會改變重新啟動行為。如果變更不需要重新啟動，則不會出現提示即可套用變更。有關詳情，請參閱 [tsm pending-changes apply](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/cli_pending-changes.htm#pending-changes-apply)。

由於組態檔正在使用 configKey 類，所以您傳遞的值不會像在您使用 configEntities 類時那樣被 TSM 驗證。您可以使用 [tsm configuration](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/cli_configuration_tsm.htm) 命令在安裝後驗證和設定單一選項。

### 損毀報告程式設定

以下範本中的損毀記錄程式設定會指定一系列選項，這些選項用於將 Tableau Server 設定為將損毀報告傳送至 Tableau。

### 組態檔參考

servercrashupload.enabled

預設值：`false`。

設定為 `true` 以啟用損毀報告。

servercrashupload.scheduled\_time

預設值：`1:00:00 UTC`

指定損毀上載將開始的預定時間。使用 24 小時格式輸入一天中的時間。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_host

如果您的組織使用 Proxy 伺服器與 Internet 通訊，請指定主機名稱。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_port

如果您的組織使用 Proxy 伺服器與 Internet 通訊，請指定埠號。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_username

如果您的 Proxy 伺服器需要驗證，請使用此鍵指定使用者名。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_password

如果您的Proxy 伺服器需要驗證，請使用此鍵指定密碼。

servercrashupload.preserve\_upload\_packages

預設值：`false`。

要儲存為損毀報告建立的所有套裝軟體，請將此鍵設定為 `true`。

預設情況下，套裝軟體會儲存到 `C:\ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\clustercontroller\tabcrashreporter` 中。

servercrashupload.delete\_completed\_dumps

預設值：`false`。

要在傳送所有轉儲後將其刪除，請將此鍵設定為 `true`。
