# 最近使用者的動作

\[最近使用者的動作\] 檢視顯示過去 24 小時哪些已登入使用者在 Tableau Server 上處於活動狀態。如果需要執行某種維護活動並且想要知道此活動將影響哪些使用者，以及這些使用者在 Tableau Server 上執行的操作，則此檢視非常有用。

檢視顯示當前登入到 Tableau Server 的 \[活動\] 、 \[最近活動\] 和 \[空閒\] 使用者。對於此檢視，活動使用者是指在最近 5 分鐘執行了動作的使用者，最近活動使用者是指在 30 分鐘內執行了動作的使用者，空閒使用者是指在超過 30 分鐘以前執行了動作的使用者。動作顯示在檢視的下半部分中。

選取一個使用者以僅檢視該使用者最近執行的動作。將滑鼠暫留在某個動作上可檢視該動作的詳情。
