# 向群組新增使用者

可以將 Tableau Server 使用者組織到群組中以便更輕鬆地管理多個使用者。可以在伺服器上建立群組，或者從 Active Directory 匯入群組。

若使用[外部識別身分存放區](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/plan_identity_store.htm#external)（例如 Active Directory）管理使用者，請透過外部身分存放區本身將使用者新增到群組。將使用者新增到外部身分存放區中的群組後，Tableau Server 能夠透過將外部身分存放區中的使用者群組與 Tableau Server 上的使用者組同步來更新這些使用者。

例如，要讓 Active Directory 群組成員身分保持最新，我們建議您查看以下內容：

- 網站管理員可在網站中按需對所選的組進行同步。有關詳情，請參閱[在網站上同步 Active Directory 群組](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/groups_create_adsync.htm)。
- 伺服器管理員可按排程或按需在伺服器上對所有 Active Directory 群組進行同步。有關詳情，請參閱[在伺服器上同步所有 Active Directory 群組](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/groups_globalsync.htm)。

**附註：**

- 在使用者和群組同步的情況下，設定有 LDAP  身分存放區的 Tableau Server 等同於 Active Directory。Tableau Server 中的 Active Directory 同步功能可以無縫地與正確設定的 LDAP 目錄解決方案配合使用。設定身分識別集區後將無法在身分識別集區中新增群組。
- 不支援在[身分識別集區](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/identity_pools.htm)中新增群組。只能在身分識別集區中新增個人使用者。

若使用[本機身分識別存放區](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/plan_identity_store.htm#local)管理使用者，請使用下方描述的程序將使用者新增到群組。

若要向群組中新增使用者，該群組必須已存在。

## 向群組中新增使用者（ \[使用者\] 頁面）

1. 在網站中，按一下 **\[使用者\]**。
2. 選取要新增到組中的使用者，然後按一下 **\[動作\]** \> \[組成員身分\] 。

3. 在「群組成員身分」對話方塊中，選取群組，然後按一下**\[儲存\]**。

## 向群組中新增使用者（ \[群組\] 頁面）

1. 在網站中，按一下 **\[群組\]**，然後按一下群組的名稱。

2. 在群組的頁面中，按一下 **\[新增使用者\]**。

3. 在「新增使用者」對話方塊中，選取要新增的使用者，然後按一下**\[新增使用者\]**。
