# 與伺服器通訊時出錯 (403)

如果 Tableau Server 設定為使用受信任的驗證，在瀏覽器中開啟新檢視並嘗試巡覽回之前開啟的檢視時，可能會收到此錯誤訊息。

Tableau Server 透過 [tsm configuration set 選項](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm) `vizqlserver.protect_sessions`（預設情況下設定為 `true`）防止在未經授權的情況重複使用 VizQL 工作階段。由於 Tableau Server 已設定受信任的驗證，因此可能不需要這種層級的保護。要停用此選項，可以使用 [tsm configuration set 選項](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm) 將 `vizqlserver.protect_sessions` 變更為 `false`。從 2024.2.0 開始，Tableau Server 始終阻止原始使用者登出後重複使用 VizQL 工作階段。
