# 按計劃重新整理資料

您可以為發佈的擷取資料來源或連線到該擷取的已發佈工作簿排程重新整理任務。新的排程可以由 Tableau Server 管理員在「排程」頁面上建立。有關詳情，請參閱[建立或修改排程](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/schedule_manage_create.htm)。

為避免不必要的排程重新整理，請考慮授與使用者隨需重新整理擷取的權限功能。有關詳情，請參閱工作簿或資料來源的[重新整理擷取](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/permissions_capabilities.htm)。

1. 登入 Tableau Server 時，請從左側的巡覽面板中選取「探索」，然後視您要重新整理的內容類型，從下拉式功能表中選取「所有工作簿」或「所有資料來源」。
2. 選取您要重新整理的工作簿或資料來源的核取方塊，然後選取「動作」\>「重新整理擷取」。
3. 在「建立擷取」對話方塊中，選取「推薦」索引標籤，然後完成以下步驟：
    
    1. 選取所需的排程。
    2. 如果可用，請指定需要完全重新整理還是累加式重新整理。
        
        預設情況下會執行完全重新整理。只有在發佈擷取之前在 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Server 的 Web 製作中設定累加式重新整理時，累加式重新整理才可用。有關詳情，請參閱 Tableau 說明中的[重新整理擷取](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/extracting_refresh.htm)。
    3. 按一下「排程重新整理」按鈕。
