# 使用群組為檢視設定色彩

除了更正資料錯誤和合併維度以外，您還可從視覺上判斷相關標記的分組，只需直接選取標記即可。如果使用的散佈圖或檢視沒有可供在定義群組時選取的標題，此方法尤其有用。

1. 按住鍵盤上的 Ctrl 或 Shift 鍵以選取檢視中的一個或多個標記。在 Mac 上，請使用 Shift 鍵。
2. 若要建立群組，請執行以下操作之一：
    
    - 如果是 Tableau Desktop，按一下工具列上的 「群組」按鈕，![回形針附件圖示和內容功能表圖示。](/tableau/current/zh-tw/pro/desktop/zh-tw/Img/ad-hoc1.png)，或者以右鍵按一下並選取 「群組」。
    - 對於 Tableau Server 或 Tableau Cloud，按一下工具提示上的 \[群組\] 圖示。

所選標記將分成一組，而所有其他成員將合併到 \[Other\] 類別中。新的群組欄位將自動新增到 \[色彩\] 。有關使用 \[其他\] 對欄位進行分組的詳情，請參閱[包括其他群組](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/sortgroup_groups_creating.htm#Include)。

**附註：** 如果 \[色彩\] 中已經存在欄位，則這些欄位將移到 \[詳細資料\] 中並將被群組欄位替換。

當您透過選取標記來建立群組時，這些標記可能表示多個維度。例如，可能有一個散佈圖顯示 \[Sales vs. \[Profit by Region\] （按區域列出的利潤）和 \[Sub-Category\] （子類）。在本例中，所選標記表示 \[Region\] （區域）和 \[Sub-Category\] （子類）維度的成員。當所選內容表示多個維度時，使用 \[群組\] 功能表可以在 \[所有維度\] 或特定維度上進行分組。

在上例中，5 個所選標記表示地區和以下子類組合。

- West, Copiers（西部，影印機）
- West,Binders（西部，裝訂機）
- West, Accessories（西部，配件）
- East, Copiers（東部，影印機）
- Central, Copiers（中部，影印機）
- South, Art
- South, Envelopes
- South, Labels
- West, Envelopes
- West, Labels

以下各檢視顯示對 \[所有維度\] 、 \[子類\] 和 \[區域\] 上的這些度量進行分組的結果。
