# 透過將資料分組來糾正資料錯誤或合併維度成員

如果使用群組來糾正資料錯誤（例如，合併 \[CA\] 和California\] ）或合併維度成員（例如，合併 「East」和「West」區域），則最簡單的方式是在檢視中選取標題。

1. 按住鍵盤上的 Ctrl 或 Shift 鍵以同時選取檢視中的多個標題。在 Mac 上，按住 Command 鍵。
2. 若要建立群組，請執行以下操作之一：

所選的成員將合併為一個成員。在此範例中，檢視現在將所有檔案夾、信封和扣件的 SUM(Sales) 顯示為單一標記。預設值是使用合併的成員名稱自動構造的。\[列\] 或 \[欄\] 架上的維度將替換為新的分組欄位。
