# 檢視的 PNG、PDF 或 CSV 連結

如果要使用不支援[內嵌交互 Tableau 視圖](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/embed.htm)的網站或應用程式，您可以連結到它們的 PNG 或 PDF 版本。

如果熟悉指令碼編寫，您也可以使用連結將多個視圖自動轉換為 PNG、PDF 或者甚至 CSV。可以將組建的檔案與沒有 Tableau Cloud 或 Tableau Server 帳戶的用戶共用、併入示範文稿中，或者進行封存以供將來參考。

連結到任何這些格式時，它們始終會載入伺服器上可用的最新資料。但請注意，儀表板窗格的 CSV 只會連結到一個工作表 — 其標題按字母順序排在第一位的工作表。

1. 在 Tableau 內容擁有者或網站管理員的幫助下，確保您的受眾具有[內容的存取權限](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/permissions.htm)。（如果使用指令碼來處理多個檔案，則只有您需要存取權限。）
    - 對於 PNG 和 PDF 檔案連結，使用者需要「下載影像/PDF」權限。
    - 對於 CSV 連結，使用者需要「下載摘要資料」權限。
2. 將視圖瀏覽器 URL 的結尾取代為適當的檔案副檔名。
    
    例如，將 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet**?:iid=7**` 變更為 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet**.png**`
3. 如果要篩選視圖，請在檔案副檔名後新增一個問號，後跟反映視圖資料結構的 [URL 參數](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/embed_structure.htm#Adding)。
    
    例如，將 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet.png` 變更為 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet.png**?Region=South&Department=Sales**`
