# Salesforce Marketing Cloud

本文將介紹如何將 Tableau 與 Salesforce Marketing Cloud 連接器連線。首先，您必須安裝連接器並將執行個體設定為接受應用程式開發介面 (API) 連線。Marketing Cloud 連接器需要外掛程式（.taco 檔）和驅動程式。

**注意：**不支援多重身份驗證 (MFA)。

## 需要驅動程式

## MFA 因應措施

若在將 MFA 用於 Salesforce Marketing Cloud 時遇到問題，首先需要在 Web UI 登入中啟用 MFA，然後按照 Tableau Exchange 中的步驟操作。若要取得說明，請參閱：

### 安裝連接器

完成以下步驟以在 Tableau 中安裝連接器。

1. 在 Tableau 的**「連線」**面板中，找到**「到伺服器」**區段。
2. 選取更多，然後在連線清單中選取 **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**。如有必要，請讓 Tableau 安裝連接器並重新啟動。
3. 在出現的對話方塊中，輸入以下資訊：
    1. 在使用者中，輸入 Marketing Cloud API 使用者的名稱。
    2. 在密碼中，輸入與 Marketing Cloud 中的 API 使用者帳戶關聯的密碼。
    3. 在子網域中，輸入 Marketing Cloud 設定摘要中作為 SOAP 基礎 URI 一部分列出的子網域（例如，`https://<<SubDomain>>.soap.marketingcloudapis.com/`）。
4. 按一下登入，以完成連線。

## 設定 Marketing Cloud 執行個體

Marketing Cloud 連接器需要設定 API 整合並授予適當的權限。設定完成後，執行個體具有可進入 Tableau 連接器對話方塊中的子網域值。

**注意：**只有 Marketing Cloud 管理員可以設定子網域。
