# 購買更多授權

您隨時可以透過 Tableau 網路商店購買額外授權，以擴大Tableau Cloud部署。

## 哪些帳戶符合條件？

要透過網路商店購買更多授權，必須滿足以下要求：

- [客戶入口網站](https://kb.tableau.com/articles/howto/getting-started-with-the-customer-portal?lang=zh-tw)帳戶管理員或[Tableau Cloud Manager](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/cloud_manager_intro.htm) 雲端管理員
- 不是政府帳戶
- 未使用[內嵌分析](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/license_product_keys.htm#embedding)授權

如果您目前沒有資格，請[聯絡我們的銷售團隊](https://www.tableau.com/zh-tw/about/contact)完成交易。

## 存取 Tableau 網路商店

完成以下步驟，透過 Tableau 網路商店重新導向並購買更多授權：

1. 以管理員身分登入以下位置之一：
    
    - 如果是站台管理員，請登入 Tableau Cloud 站台並選取「使用者」。
    - 如果是雲端管理員，請登入 Tableau Cloud Manager 並選取「使用者」。
2. 在「使用者」頁面中選取「購買更多授權」，然後選取「移至網路商店」。網路商店會在單獨的瀏覽器索引標籤中開啟。

3. 使用 Tableau 帳戶登入網路商店。如果您之前已使用您的 [Tableau 帳戶](https://identity.idp.tableau.com/login)驗證，則不會提示您再次登入。

4. 在網路商店中選取在您的部署中新增的 **Creator**、**Explorer** 與 **Viewer** 授權數量。

5. 選取「新增至目前部署」並繼續前往「聯絡與帳務」和「摘要與付款」區段。

付款後不久就會傳送訂單確認電子郵件。如果沒有看到來自 Tableau 的電子郵件，請務必檢查您的垃圾郵件資料夾。交易處理後即可在站台與 Tableau Cloud 管理員中使用新授權。

**附註：**如果設定了站台角色限制，雲端管理員必須在 Tableau Cloud 管理員中更新站台角色限制，以增加該站台的最大授權數量。有關詳細資訊，請參閱[管理站台角色限制](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/cloud_manager_site_role_limit.htm)。
