# 使用該使用者介面用戶界面解除安裝程式

您可以在電腦上安裝多個 Tableau Desktop 與 Tableau Prep Builder。如果要刪除舊版本或使用預設設定執行全新安裝，則可以完全移除產品，包括喜好設定、儲存的應用程式狀態和樣本檔案。

**Windows**

1. 移至「控制台\>程式\>程式和功能」。
2. 在程式清單中，右鍵按一下 Tableau 產品並選取「解除安裝/變更」。
3. 在「修改設定」功能表中選取「解除安裝」。
4. 導覽至 C:/Program Files/Tableau。
5. 刪除您要解除安裝的 Tableau 產品的 Tableau <vsrsion\> 資料夾。

**Mac**

1. 從 Applications 資料夾中刪除 Tableau 應用程式。
2. 從您的 Documents 資料夾中刪除 我的 Tableau 存放庫 。請務必保留所有使用者建立的檔案。也可以刪除「我的 Tableau 存放庫」，並重新命名該資料夾。例如：_我的 Tableau 存放庫 Backup_。
3. 從「Library」資料夾的「Preferences」中，刪除所有以 com.tableau 開頭的檔案。
4. 從「Library」資料夾的「Saved Application State」中，刪除所有以 com.tableau 開頭的資料夾。

Mac 中會隱藏其中的一些資料夾。

- 要顯示隱藏的資料，請按 Command+Shift+Dot 。
- 要導覽至隱藏的資料夾：
    1. ​​在 Finder 中，選取「移至\>移至資料夾...」(Command+Shift+G)。
    2. 在對話方塊中輸入資料夾名稱，例如~/Library/Preferences 。
