# Tableau Server 程序狀態

Tableau Server 正常執行時，大多數程序將顯示為「主動」、「忙碌」或「被動」(存放庫)。下列清單顯示可能的程序狀態：

- 被動 - 存放庫處於被動模式。

- 未授權 - 該程序未經授權。

- 關閉 - 該程序已關閉。此項的含義取決於程序。

- 狀態不可用 - Tableau Server 無法確定程序的狀態。

[Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-intro.htm) 屬於 [Tableau Advanced Management](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/itm_intro.htm) 授權的一部分，自 2019.3 版起，此工具會透過網路使用者介面提供處理狀態等所有功能，讓使用者能全方位掌握 Tableau Server 的健康狀態。Resource Monitoring Tool 每隔 15 秒 (預設) 輪詢一次 Tableau Server 的 http://{TableauServerUrl}/admin/systeminfo.xml 頁面以檢查狀態。如果狀態在三個連續的輪詢間隔中處於離線狀態，或在 30 秒內未回覆，則將建立重大事件。如需詳細資訊，請按一下[環境關閉](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-environment-down.htm)。
