## 過時內容稽核

如果內容已經發佈且已經排定重新整理的時間，但尚未受到檢視，表示該內容正在消耗系統資源，而且可能使得使用者更難在 Tableau Server 中找到更有關的內容。未使用的內容也將在 Tableau Server 中增加備份和還原時間。您每年應移除過時內容兩到四次。如需詳細資訊，請參閱[過時內容](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/adminview-stale-content.htm)。

## 大小稽核

建立工作簿和資料來源大小的政策來監控內容。在「空間使用統計」檢視上設定[資料驅動通知](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/data_alerts.htm)來確定哪些工作簿和資料來源超過了預期大小限制，並使用您下載且與擷取的資料來源一同發佈的預設管理員檢視工作簿版本。例如，如果您設定擷取大小應小於 1 GB 的標準，則會對任何超過這個大小限制的內容發出通知。

## 載入時間稽核

透過制定以工作簿載入時間為主的政策來監視內容。使用您下載並透過擷取的資料來源發佈的預設管理檢視工作簿版本，對長檢視載入時間設定[資料驅動通知](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/data_alerts.htm)。對於長載入時間的工作簿，請使用 [Tableau Desktop](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/perf_record_create_desktop.htm) 或 [Tableau Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/perf_record_create_server.htm) 的效能記錄器深入瞭解事件和時間。
