# Resource Monitoring Tool 事件

[Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-intro.htm) 屬於 [Tableau Advanced Management](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/itm_intro.htm) 授權的一部分，自 2019.3 版起，此工具會透過網路使用者介面提供所有功能，讓使用者能全方位掌握 Tableau Server 的健康狀態。[Resource Monitoring Tools Agent](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-concepts.htm#agent-service) 在 Tableau 叢集中的每個節點上執行，以監控由 [Resource Monitoring Tool Master Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-concepts.htm#master-service) 整理的效能和活動。

應該配置事件並用來協助偵測何時發生異常情況，其中包括 Tableau Server 及其執行的伺服器有關的各種事件。可以配置全域事件，不過可以根據環境覆蓋這些事件。事件分為三個層級：資訊、警告和嚴重。如需詳細資訊，請參閱 [Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool - 事件](https://help.tableau.com/v2019.3/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-index-incidents.htm)。

除了[硬體監控](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-tw/bp_hardware_monitoring.htm)描述的「硬體和環境關閉」之外，也會由於下列原因而記錄事件：

- [擷取失敗](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-extract-failure.htm) - Tableau 中發生擷取失敗時，記錄為警告。
- [緩慢的查詢](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-slow-query.htm) - 如果查詢超過閾值則記錄。預設情況下，如果任何資料查詢執行時間至少為 30 秒，則「緩慢的查詢」事件將觸發警告。
- [緩慢的檢視](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-slow-view.htm) - 如果檢視要求超出閾值則記錄。在預設情況下，如果載入任何檢視要求至少需要 1 分鐘，則「緩慢的檢視」事件將觸發警告。
- [未授權的代理](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-incidents-agents-unlicensed.htm) - 如果未正確授權 Tableau Server 使用 Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool，則記錄為嚴重。
