為了確保最佳 Tableau Server 效能和足夠的能力來處理增加的工作負載，您必須對於成長規劃。透過容量規劃，您可以透過確實維持足夠的預留空間並減少資源爭用和共享資源衝突的可能性，在組織中更充分使用分析和快速採用來擴展基礎架構。效能資料、使用者上線計畫和負載測試結果是用來決定未來的伺服器大小和容量規劃。

可能影響容量規劃的因素：

- 引起全公司注意的一組新發佈資料來源以及儀表板。
- 愈來愈多的分析技能和使用在公司的日常運作中已經根深蒂固。
- 該平台中發佈的新功能可以整體提升使用者互動性。
- 支援這些儀表板的完整資料策略持續變更，無論是在數量、複雜性、資料庫技術變更、使用者安全性方面等等。
