## Tableau Server

如果 Tableau Server 程序故障，則視發生故障的程序而定，應用程式狀態將降級或甚至失敗。在安裝和配置過程中 ([Windows](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/install_config_top.htm) | [Linux](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-tw/install_config_top.htm))，系統會[使用 SMTP 電子郵件伺服器](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/config_smtp.htm)來配置 Tableau Server，以便將[系統警示和故障](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/email.htm)的情況通知指定的電子郵件發送清單中的對象。啟用系統警示後，系統將透過電子郵件通知您有關程序啟動、關閉和故障轉移事件以及磁碟機空間限制的資訊。如需建議的設定，請參閱下文。

最佳做法建議：

在 Tableau 服務管理員中針對程序啟動啟動、關閉與故障轉移事件、授權報告和磁碟空間，啟用系統運行狀況監控。進行通知時，請使用管理員的電子郵件通訊群組，而非使用個人的電子郵件地址。如果使用 [Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-tw/rmt-intro.htm)，請保持閾值同步。

## Tableau Cloud

Tableau Cloud 站台管理員應訂閱 [Salesforce Trust](https://status.salesforce.com/products/tableau) 更新，以在 Tableau 建立、更新或解決事件時接收電子郵件或簡訊通知。隨時可以造訪 [Salesforce Trust](https://status.salesforce.com/products/tableau) 頁面來檢視系統狀態。
