# 与服务器通信时出错 (403)

如果 Tableau Server 配置为使用受信任的身份验证，在浏览器中打开新视图并尝试导航回之前打开的视图时，可能会收到此错误消息。

Tableau Server 通过 [tsm configuration set 选项](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm) `vizqlserver.protect_sessions`（默认情况下设置为 `true`）防止未经授权地重用 VizQL 会话。由于 Tableau Server 配置为使用受信任的身份验证，因此您可能不需要这种级别的保护。若要禁用此选项，您可以使用 [tsm configuration set 选项](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm) 将 `vizqlserver.protect_sessions` 更改为 `false`。从 2024.2.0 开始，Tableau Server 始终会阻止在原始用户注销后重复使用 VizQL 会话。
