# 处理未许可的服务器进程

Tableau Server“状态”页面上有若干状态指示器，有助于您了解 Tableau Server 进程的状态。如果出现 “未许可”橙色状态框，则表示某个服务器进程无法检索 Tableau Server 许可证信息。

在下图中，其中一个 VizQL 进程未获授权：

可能有若干原因造成进程无法访问许可信息。例如，可能存在网络问题，使得附加节点上运行的进程无法与初始节点上的许可服务通信。或者，该未许可进程收到的请求数可能超出了某个特定时刻的接受能力，导致无法处理许可请求。对用户的影响取决于哪个进程无法确认其许可证，以及其中一个服务器节点上是否有进程的其他实例。对于上述未授权的 VizQL 进程，某些用户也许能够访问视图，而其他用户则无法访问。
