# 配置服务器崩溃报告程序

默认情况下禁用了服务器崩溃报告。本主题介绍如何启用和配置服务器崩溃报告。崩溃报告被加密并发送到 Tableau。有关详细信息，请参见[服务器崩溃报告程序](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/crashdata_server.htm)。

如果您的组织使用代理服务器连接到 Internet，则必须配置服务器崩溃报告程序才能使用代理。即使您已将 Tableau Server 配置为使用代理，也必须单独配置服务器崩溃报告程序。若要为服务器崩溃报告程序配置代理，必须使用本主题中所述的 TSM CLI 过程。

**重要信息：**如果您的数据须遵守隐私法规，请不要启用崩溃报告。

1. 在浏览器中打开 TSM：
    
    https://<tsm-computer-name>:8850。有关详细信息，请参见[登录到 Tableau 服务管理器 Web UI](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/sign_in_tsm.htm)。
2. 单击“维护”选项卡。
3. 在“其他维护任务”下的“服务器崩溃报告程序”中，选择“启用崩溃报告”：

4. 指定一天中计划将崩溃报告上载到 Tableau 的时间。
5. 完成后，单击“待定更改”，然后单击“应用更改并重新启动”。

使用下面的配置文件模板创建一个 json 文件。使用适当的值填充各个选项之后，使用以下命令传递 json 文件并应用设置：

`tsm settings import -f path-to-file.json`

`tsm pending-changes apply`

如果待定更改需要重新启动服务器，`pending-changes apply` 命令将显示一个提示，告知您将进行重新启动。即使服务器已停止，此提示也会显示，但在这种情况下不会重新启动。您可以使用 `--ignore-prompt` 选项隐藏提示，但这样做不会改变重新启动行为。如果更改不需要重新启动，则会在不提示的情况下应用更改。有关详细信息，请参见[tsm pending-changes apply](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_pending-changes.htm#pending-changes-apply)。

由于配置文件正在使用 configKey 类，所以您传递的值不会像在您使用 configEntities 类时那样被 TSM 验证。您可以使用 [tsm configuration](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_configuration_tsm.htm) 命令在安装后验证和设置单个选项。

### 崩溃报告程序设置

以下模板中的崩溃记录程序设置会指定一系列选项，这些选项用于将 Tableau Server 配置为将崩溃报告发送至 Tableau。

### 配置文件参考

此表包括可设置为配置崩溃报告的键。

servercrashupload.enabled

默认值：`false`。

设置为 `true` 以启用崩溃报告。

servercrashupload.scheduled\_time

默认值：`1:00:00 UTC`

指定崩溃上载将开始的预定时间。使用 24 小时格式输入一天中的时间。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_host

如果您的组织使用代理服务器与 Internet 通信，请指定主机名。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_port

如果您的组织使用代理服务器与 Internet 通信，请指定端口号。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_username

如果您的代理服务器需要身份验证，请使用此键指定用户名。

servercrashupload.proxy\_server\_password

如果您的代理服务器需要身份验证，请使用此键指定密码。

servercrashupload.preserve\_upload\_packages

默认值：`false`。

要保存为崩溃报告创建的所有软件包，请将此键设置为 `true`。

默认情况下，软件包会保存到 `C:\ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\clustercontroller\tabcrashreporter` 中。

servercrashupload.delete\_completed\_dumps

默认值：`false`。

要在发送所有转储后将其删除，请将此键设置为 `true`。
