# HTTP 404 – 未找到文件

如果您的程序代码引用不存在的 Tableau Server URL，就可能会收到此错误。例如，您的 Web 服务器可能会构造一个网页尝试检索时找不到的无效 URL。

此错误的另一个原因是，您未输入[向 Tableau Server 添加受信任的 IP 地址或主机名称](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/trusted_auth_trustIP.htm)中指定的受信任 Web 服务器。如果已输入受信任的 Web 服务器，请验证 IP 地址或主机名是否正确。
