# 排查 Web 界面超时问题

尝试导航到 Web Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool 界面时，您看到以下错误：

当加载时间超过默认的 30 秒阈值时，可能会发生这种情况。加载时间可能受以下因素影响：

- 基础 PostgreSQL 数据库的大小。
- 如果 RMT 连接到推动 RMT 可支持的当前规模的 Tableau Server 环境，则这也可能影响加载时间。
- 端口冲突。确保 Resource Monitoring Tool 正在使用的端口与 Tableau Server 正在使用的端口不冲突。

为了解决此问题，可以更改数据保留时间段或将阈值更改为大于 30 秒。

**若要更改数据保留时间段，请使用以下步骤：**

1. 导航到[本主题](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/rmt-config-configGui.htm)中所述的配置 UI。
2. 导航到“数据”选项卡
    
    有两种类型的数据配置：
    
    - 默认情况下设置为 2 周的数据保留。它包括详细的活动数据和图表中显示的数据。
    - 默认情况下设置为 10 年时间段的报告数据。它包括聚合历史数据和用于计费报告的数据。
3. Tableau 建议将数据保留时间段更改为 1 周。

若要更改超时阈值，请使用以下步骤：

1. 登录到安装了 RMT Server 的计算机。
2. 查找“主”配置文件。安装在默认位置时，文件可在以下位置找到：
    
    `/var/opt/tableau/tabrmt/master/config.json`
3. 添加或更改键：**db:timeoutSeconds**

如果需要立即减小 PostgreSQL 数据库的大小，请使用 rmtadmin 命令行实用工具来删除数据。有关详细信息，请参见[rmtadmin 命令行实用工具](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/rmt-admin-cmdline.htm##heading--delete-env-data)。
