# 脱机停用 Tableau Server

如果 Tableau Server 没有 Internet 访问权限，您可以使用本主题中的说明来停用 Tableau Server。您将需要使用另一台能够访问 Internet 的计算机来完成此激活过程。

**注意：**目前，如果在您的 Tableau Server 部署中启用了 ATR 服务，则无法停用 Tableau Server 2023.1.0 或更高版本。有关详细信息，请参见 [Tableau Server 2023.1+：使用 ATR 进行脱机许可证停用不可用](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=001534333&type=1)知识文章。

1. 在 Tableau Server 初始节点上，创建一个目录来存储在下一步中创建的脱机停用文件。
2. 使用 Tableau 管理员帐户登录到 TSM，然后运行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses get-offline-deactivation-file -k <productkey> -o <deactivation-file-directory>`
3. 将 `TableauOfflineDeactivationRequest.tlq` 文件从上一个命令中指定的停用文件目录移到能够访问 Internet 的受信任计算机。
4. 在能够访问 Internet 的受信任计算机上，打开 Web 浏览器，并访问 Tableau 的[产品激活](http://www.tableau.com/zh-cn/support/drivers/activation)页面。按照该页面上的说明进行操作以提交 `TableauOfflineDeactivationRequest.tlq` 文件。
    
    **注意：**此过程不适用于 Microsoft Edge 浏览器。
5. 出现提示时，从“**产品激活**”页面中保存产品密钥返回文件 (`return.tlr`)。
6. 将产品密钥返回文件 (`return.tlr`) 从能够访问 Internet 的受信任计算机移到运行许可服务器服务的 Tableau Server 初始节点。
7. 使用 Tableau 管理员帐户登录到 TSM，然后运行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses deactivate -f <path-to-license-key-return-file>`
    
    `tsm restart`
    
    **注意**：只有当服务器仍然持有一个或多个有效许可证时，此 `tsm restart` 步骤才适用。停用所有许可证后，Tableau Server 将无法启动，并且运行 tsm restart 将导致服务器保持降级状态。
