# 在地图中搜索位置

地图搜索可帮助您在地图视图中查找位置，以便能够快速浏览和检查数据。地图搜索图标显示在视图的左上角。单击搜索 ![搜索图标。](/tableau/current/zh-cn/pro/desktop/zh-cn/Img/explore_maps5.png) 图标时，将出现一个搜索框。

当您开始在搜索框中键入时，地图搜索将推荐位于您的地图视图中的可能位置。推荐的位置以位置名称和数据源的文本为基础。

您可以搜索以下位置类型：

- 大洲
- 国家/地区
- 州/省/市/自治区
- 郡县
- 城市
- 邮政编码

从推荐位置的列表中选择一个位置，以平移和缩放到地图上的该位置。

## 隐藏地图搜索

默认情况下，地图搜索图标显示在视图的左上角。将视图发布到 Tableau Server 或 Tableau Cloud，或者通过 Tableau Reader 共享视图时，地图搜索图标将保留在视图中。如果不希望 Viewer（查看者）搜索您的地图视图中的位置，您可以隐藏地图搜索图标。
