# 视图的 PNG、PDF 或 CSV 链接

如果要使用不支持[嵌入式交互 Tableau 视图](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/embed.htm)的网站或应用程序，您可以链接到它们的 PNG 或 PDF 版本。

如果熟悉脚本编写，您也可以使用链接将多个视图自动转换为 PNG、PDF 或者甚至 CSV。可以将生成的文件与没有 Tableau Cloud 或 Tableau Server 帐户的用户共享、并入演示文稿中，或者进行存档以供将来参考。

链接到任何这些格式时，它们始终会加载服务器上可用的最新数据。但请注意，仪表板的 CSV 只会链接到一个工作表 — 其标题按字母顺序排在第一位的工作表。

1. 在 Tableau 内容所有者或站点管理员的帮助下，确保您的受众具有[内容的访问权限](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/permissions.htm)。（如果使用脚本来处理多个文件，则只有您需要访问权限。）
    - 对于 PNG 和 PDF 文件链接，用户需要“下载图像/PDF”权限。
    - 对于 CSV 链接，用户需要“下载摘要数据”权限。
2. 将视图浏览器 URL 的结尾替换为适当的文件扩展名。
    
    例如，将 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet**?:iid=7**` 更改为 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet**.png**`
3. 如果要筛选视图，请在文件扩展名后添加一个问号，后跟反映视图数据结构的 [URL 参数](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/embed_structure.htm#Adding)。
    
    例如，将 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet.png` 更改为 `http://<servername>/#/views/<workbook>/sheet.png**?Region=South&Department=Sales**`
