# 将弹出式 Tableau 数据故事添加到仪表板

**Tableau 数据故事的重要变化**

Tableau 数据故事将于 2025 年 1 月 (2025.1) 在 Tableau Desktop、Tableau Cloud 和 Tableau Server 中停用。随着自然语言技术的进步，我们正在开发一种改进的界面，使您可以更轻松地提出数据问题并掌握变化。有关详细信息，请参见[由 Tableau AI 支持的 Tableau Pulse 如何重塑数据体验](https://www.tableau.com/zh-cn/blog/tableau-pulse-and-tableau-ai)。

您可以将 Tableau 数据故事放置在弹出窗口中，让您的用户可以打开故事、阅读故事，然后在完成后将其关闭。这是节省已建立的仪表板使用的空间或减少仪表板上的混乱和信息量的好方法。

1. [将 Tableau 数据故事添加到仪表板](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/data_stories_create.htm)。
2. 通过单击菜单并选择“浮动”，将容器设置为“浮动”。

> **提示：**将容器设置为“浮动”的另一种方法是按住 shift 键，同时将容器拖到仪表板上。

1. 导航到左侧列中的“布局”选项卡，并将背景颜色设置为白色。

1. 单击与浮动容器关联的菜单以显示其设置，然后选择“添加显示/隐藏”按钮。这将创建一个“X”图标，允许您显示或隐藏您的故事。

**注意：**如果您的故事被选中，那么您的按钮会被作为“数据故事”对象一部分的侧边栏选项部分遮挡。单击故事外的任意位置以显示该按钮。

1. 将光标悬停在“X”图标上以显示打开或关闭故事的说明。在此示例中，系统会提示您在单击“X”图标的同时按下 Alt 键。

1. 在按下提示中指示的键的同时单击“X”图标来折叠故事。

故事会折叠，但菜单保留在仪表板上，以便用户可以在需要时展开故事。您可以根据需要在仪表板四周移动可折叠的浮动故事。
