# 最终用户迁移检查清单

您来到这里是因为您的 Tableau 管理员最近将您的 Tableau Server 环境迁移到了 [Tableau Cloud](https://online.tableau.com/)，这是 Tableau 的完全托管分析平台。

在迁移过程中，您需要花费几分钟时间完成以下任务，以确保顺利过渡到 Tableau Cloud。如果您在 Tableau Server 上使用以下任何功能，则需要在 Tableau Cloud 上重新创建它们。查看此列表以了解需要重新创建哪些功能并按照提供的步骤进行操作！

在您迁移这些项目时，请与您的 Tableau 管理员一起访问 Tableau Server 和 Tableau Cloud。

- **URL 动作**：您需要更新源自 Tableau Server 的 URL 动作，以便它们指向 Tableau Cloud URL，或者您可以使用更新的字段变量。请参见 [URL动作](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/actions_url.htm)。
- **订阅**：您需要在 Tableau Cloud 站点上重新订阅视图、工作簿和流程。请参见[创建视图或工作簿订阅](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/subscribe_user.htm)。
- **自定义视图**：自定义视图是应用了所选内容和筛选器的视图的副本。您需要在 Tableau Cloud 站点上重新应用自定义视图。请参见[使用自定义视图](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/customview.htm)。
- **行级安全性**：用户和组名称可以在迁移中更改。如果您在 Tableau 数据策略、数据源或工作簿内的行级安全解决方案中使用了组和用户名，则需要在迁移后更新它们。
- **“数据问答”(Ask Data) 功能镜头**：您需要在 Tableau Cloud 上重新配置“数据问答”(Ask Data) 功能镜头。请参见[创建针对特定受众聚焦“数据问答”(Ask Data) 功能的镜头](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/ask_data_lenses.htm)。

- **集合**：用户需要在 Tableau Cloud 中重新创建集合。

- **嵌入解决方案**：如果 Tableau Server 视图嵌入到任何其他应用程序中，则需要更新这些解决方案以使用 Tableau Cloud 配置。这包括但不限于内容项的 URL、网页如何与项交互以及对可视化项的身份验证。
