# 迁移虚拟连接

您正在阅读 [Tableau Cloud 手动迁移指南](https://help.tableau.com/current/guides/migration/zh-cn/emg_intro.htm)。本指南介绍如何将用户少于 100 人的 Tableau Server 部署手动迁移到 Tableau Cloud。

如果您的组织依赖 Tableau Server 中的虚拟连接，您必须先迁移这些连接，然后才能继续。如果您没有为 Tableau Server 配置虚拟连接，请跳过此过程。

将虚拟连接从 Tableau Server 迁移到 Tableau Cloud 是一个手动过程。您必须在 Tableau Cloud 站点上重新创建虚拟连接（或已发布的数据源和虚拟连接），用新的虚拟连接替换每个工作簿中的数据源，然后将原始工作簿数据源中的任何计算公式复制/粘贴到更新的数据源。

**步骤 1：在 Tableau Cloud 上重新创建并测试虚拟连接**

请参见[创建虚拟连接](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/dm_vconn_create_conn.htm)。

**步骤 2：重新创建使用虚拟连接构建的已发布数据源**

您将需要重新创建使用虚拟连接的所有已发布数据源：

1. 按照[使用虚拟连接](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/dm_vconn_use.htm)中的过程进行操作。
2. 在 Tableau Cloud 中[创建已发布的数据源](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/publish_datasources.htm)，使其完全镜像原始 Server 数据源。以下详细信息必须匹配：
    - 原始数据源中的所有字段必须存在于新数据源中
    - 字段名称：大小写也必须匹配
    - 度量和维度必须从原始字段映射到新字段
    - 默认字段设置。请参见[编辑字段的默认设置](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/datafields_fieldproperties.htm)。
3. 记下数据源是否需要 Tableau Bridge。

**步骤 3：更新工作簿以替换以前的数据源**

对于要迁移到 Tableau Cloud 的每个工作簿，从 Tableau Desktop 运行以下过程：

1. 登录到 Tableau Server，导航到要迁移的工作簿，然后下载该工作簿。
2. 在工作簿中选择**“文件”>“关闭”**。不要关闭 Tableau Desktop。
3. 注销 Tableau Server：**“Server”>“登录 http://example” >“注销”**。连接到 Tableau Server 时您将收到有关注销的警告。单击**“确定”**。
4. 登录到 Tableau Cloud：**“Server”>“登录”>“Tableau Cloud”**。
5. 从 Desktop 主屏幕中，选择工作簿文件以再次将其打开。
    
    您将收到两条_“无法完成操作”_错误消息。关闭错误消息。当工作表打开时，它将显示_“工作表不可用_”消息。不要从主窗口编辑连接。
6. 如果您已创建新的已发布数据源，请跳至步骤 8。否则，请导航到**“数据” >“新建数据源”**来更新数据源。
    
    - 导航到您为此工作簿创建的新虚拟连接，然后单击**“连接”**。
    - 打开原始 Tableau Server 工作簿并复制公式。将公式粘贴到更新的 Cloud 工作簿中。
7. 创建与先前数据源完全匹配的新数据源。字段名称必须完全匹配。
8. 替换数据源：在“数据”选项卡上，右键单击刚刚创建的数据源，然后单击**“替换数据源”**。在**“替换数据源”**中，在**“替换”**选择器中指定正确的数据源，然后单击**“确定”**。
9. 右键单击已发布数据源，并单击**“关闭”**。
10. 发布数据源：
    - 单独到 Tableau Cloud，选择**“发布”>“数据源”>“数据源名称”**。
    - 嵌入工作簿中，选择**“发布”>“工作簿”**。
