# 查找产品密钥

如果您是 Tableau Cloud 客户或启用了 LBLM（基于登录的许可证管理）的 Tableau Server 客户，则无需管理 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder 产品密钥。Tableau Cloud 客户和启用了 LBLM 的 Tableau Server 新客户不会获得 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder 密钥。

如果您正在使用 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder，而没有 Tableau Cloud 或包含 基于登录名的许可证管理 的 Tableau Server，您需要产品密钥才能在安装过程完成后激活 Tableau Desktop 和 Tableau Prep Builder。

如果您有 Creator 许可证（产品密钥以“TC”开头），则同一密钥可同时激活 Tableau Desktop 和 Tableau Prep Builder。您始终可以在[客户门户](http://customer.tableau.com/)中查看您的产品密钥。有关许可证类型的详细信息，请参见 Tableau Server 帮助中的[基于用户的许可证](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/license_server_overview.htm#userbased-licenses)。

如果您没有产品密钥，请尝试 14 天[免费试用](https://www.tableau.com/zh-cn/products/trial)。如果您是学生或教师，请转到[学术研究计划](https://www.tableau.com/zh-cn/academic)页面请求许可证，并获得有关如何下载 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder 副本的说明。

**注意：**如果在登录到“客户门户”页面时遇到困难，或者您在检索产品密钥时需要帮助，请与[客户服务](mailto:customerservice@tableausoftware.com)联系，并提供您的姓名、公司、电话号码和电子邮件地址。

### 分配了“Creator”站点角色的 Tableau Cloud 用户

### 具有 基于登录名的许可证管理 的 Tableau Server 用户

### 购买了 Creator 许可证的用户

1. 使用您的电子邮件地址和密码登录到 Tableau 网站上的[客户门户](http://customer.tableau.com/)页面。Tableau 已在您[购买](https://buy.tableau.com/)产品将首次登录到门户所需的信息通过欢迎电子邮件发送给您。
2. 在“欢迎使用客户门户”页面的顶部，单击“许可证”。

3. 一个表将打开，其中列出分配给您的任何产品密钥。从表中的“密钥名称”列中复制您的产品密钥。妥善安全地保留此密钥。
    
    **注意**：此示例不显示任何实际的密钥。底部的模糊区域显示密钥的列出位置。

    ### 拥有 Creator 许可证的现有用户
    
    如果您购买了 Creator 许可证，并且不是 Tableau Cloud 客户和启用了 LBLM 的 Tableau Server 客户，您可以从“帮助”菜单中找到产品密钥。
    
    1. 打开现有版本的 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder。
    2. 从顶部菜单中，单击“帮助”\>“管理产品密钥”。

    3. 从表中的“产品密钥”列中复制您的产品密钥。妥善安全地保留此密钥。
        
        如果您无法打开“管理产品密钥”对话框来查看您的密钥，请登录到[客户门户](http://customer.tableau.com/)，然后按照适用于上面初次使用的用户的说明进行操作。
