# 资源管理

站点管理员应按照 [Tableau 用户参与度和采用率的测量](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-cn/bp_measure_user_engagement.htm)和采用率的测量中概述的方式在其站点上维护相关的新内容，Server 管理员负责按照 [Tableau 监视](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-cn/bp_monitoring.htm)概述的方式监督整个 Server 以及 Server 资源的使用情况。您定义的标准应记录并发布在 [Tableau 能力提升内网](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-cn/bp_enablement_intranet.htm)上，您可以参考 [Tableau 通信](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-cn/bp_communications.htm)中的说明。请谨记，系统性能是大家的共同责任。

## 过时内容审计

如果已发布的内容会定期刷新，但无人查看，那么这些内容在不断地消耗系统资源，可能导致用户更难在 Tableau Server 中找到相关度更高的内容。这类无人使用的内容还会增加在 Tableau Server 中进行备份和还原所用的时间。每年应移除过时内容两到四次。有关详细信息，请参见[过时内容](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/adminview-stale-content.htm)。

## 大小审计

通过围绕工作簿和数据源大小建立策略来监视内容。不妨在“空间使用情况统计数据”视图中设置[数据驱动型通知](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/data_alerts.htm)，以便识别哪些工作簿和数据源超出了预期大小限制；为此，可以使用您之前下载并与提取的数据源一起发布的默认管理视图工作簿版本。例如，如果根据您设置的标准，数据提取大小应小于 1 GB，则只要大小超过这个限制就发送通知。

## 加载时间审计

通过制定工作簿加载时间方面的策略来监视内容。使用您下载和发布的默认管理视图工作簿版本（包含提取数据源），为视图加载时间过长的事件设置[数据驱动型通知](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/data_alerts.htm)。对于加载时间较长的工作簿，请使用 [Tableau Desktop](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-cn/perf_record_create_desktop.htm) 或 [Tableau Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/perf_record_create_server.htm) 的性能记录器来更深入地了解事件和时间安排。
