# 数据库维护

数据库维护过程会从 http\_requests 表中删除旧文件（包括日志文件、临时文件和行），从而释放 Tableau Server 部署实例占用的一部分空间，使这些空间重新变为可用。如果您是在分布式部署环境中运行 Tableau Server，请在运行 TSM 控制器进程的节点上运行 [tsm maintenance cleanup 命令](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_maintenance_tsm.htm#tsm-maintenance-cleanup)。默认情况下，控制器位于群集中的初始节点上 ([Windows](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/cli_maintenance_tsm.htm) | [Linux](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/cli_maintenance_tsm.htm))。

注：如果需要 http\_requests 中的历史数据来进行审计分析，请在执行清理命令之前将数据从 http\_requests 表 ETL（提取、转换、载入）到另一个数据库。如果清理命令包含在备份脚本中，http\_requests 表中的数据将被截断。
