Tableau Server 管理员应该为 Tableau Server 及其数据进行每日备份。这些步骤有助于将 Tableau Server 在运行过程中丢失的数据降至最低。您将使用 Tableau 服务管理器 (TSM) 命令行工具备份和还原 Tableau 数据，包括 Tableau Server 自己的 PostgreSQL 数据库，该数据库存储工作簿和用户元数据、数据提取文件、Server 配置数据和日志文件 ([Windows](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/db.htm) | [Linux](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/db.htm))。自 2018.2 版本起，Windows 和 Linux 版本的 Tableau Server 都使用 TSM。
