# Serveruppgradering – verifiera konton

Verifiera att kontot du använder för att köra Tableau Server-installationsprogrammet har `sudo`\-åtkomst innan Tableau Server uppgraderas.

Om din organisation använder ett externt identitetsregister (LDAP eller Active Directory) är det bästa praxis att ha inloggningsuppgifterna eller keytab-filen för kontot som används för att länka till LDAP.
