# 서버와 통신하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다(403).

Tableau Server가 신뢰할 수 있는 인증으로 구성된 경우 브라우저에서 새 뷰를 연 후 이전에 연 뷰를 다시 탐색하려고 하면 이 오류 메시지가 나타날 수 있습니다.

Tableau Server는 [tsm configuration set 옵션](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ko-kr/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm) `vizqlserver.protect_sessions`를 통해 VizQL 세션의 무단 재사용을 금지하는 기능을 제공합니다. 이 옵션은 기본적으로 `true`로 설정됩니다. Tableau Server가 신뢰할 수 있는 인증으로 구성되어 있으므로 이 수준의 보호는 필요하지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 옵션을 사용하지 않도록 설정하려면 [tsm configuration set 옵션](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ko-kr/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm)을 사용하여 `vizqlserver.protect_sessions`를 `false`로 변경합니다. 2024.2.0부터 Tableau Server는 원래 사용자가 로그아웃한 후 VizQL 세션이 재사용되는 것을 항상 방지합니다.
