## 소개

GCE(Google Compute Engine) VM(가상 컴퓨터) 기반 Tableau Server에서 문제가 발생하거나 설치 후 Tableau Server에 액세스하는 데 문제가 발생하는 경우 다음 문제 해결 팁을 검토하십시오.

- **원격 브라우저에서 서버에 액세스할 수 없음**
    
    다음 문제가 하나 이상 있는 경우 원격 브라우저를 사용하여 서버에 액세스하지 못할 수 있습니다.
    
    - 인스턴스에 로그인하고 서버가 실행 중인지 확인합니다.
    - GCP Compute Engine 콘솔에서 인스턴스에 대한 HTTP 트래픽을 허용하도록 끝점을 구성했는지 확인합니다.
- **Tableau Server 라이선스가 취소됨 오류 메시지가 표시됨**

    - Tableau Server 설치 시 설치 프로그램에 Tableau Server를 실행 중인 컴퓨터에서 표시되는 것보다 적은 수의 코어가 나타날 수 있습니다.
    - Tableau Server의 라이선스 페이지에서 사용 중인 라이선스 아래에 표시되는 코어 수가 예상보다 적게 표시됩니다.
    - `tsm licenses list`를 실행할 경우 Tableau Server가 보고하는 코어 수가 예상보다 적을 수 있습니다.
