# 잘못된 IP 주소에서 티켓 사용 시도

신뢰할 수 있는 인증을 사용하도록 Tableau Server를 구성한 경우 티켓 사용과 관련된 문제를 경험할 수 있습니다.

이 문제는 클라이언트 IP 주소 매칭을 적용하도록 Tableau Server가 구성된 경우 발생할 수 있습니다. 클라이언트 웹 브라우저 IP 주소는 티켓 사용 시 기본적으로 고려되지 않으므로 Tableau Server에 대한 POST 요청에서 전송된 클라이언트의 웹 브라우저 IP 주소가 브라우저에서 내장된 뷰를 검색하려는 경우와 동일한지 확인합니다.

예를 들어 신뢰할 수 있는 인증 다이어그램에서 [3단계의 POST 요청](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/ko-kr/trusted_auth.htm)이 매개 변수 `client_ip=74.125.19.147`을 보내는 경우 동일한 IP 주소에서 [5단계의 GET 요청](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/ko-kr/trusted_auth.htm)을 가져와야 합니다.
