# 外部アクション ワークフロー統合の構成

**注:** Tableau の外部アクションは、Salesforce フローから提供される機能を使用しています。この機能は、選択したデータを、別個の Salesforce インフラストラクチャで実行されている Salesforce フローに送信します。Salesforce フローとその他の Salesforce 製品およびサービスの使用には、Salesforce との契約が適用されます。

## エディション、サイト ロール、パーミッションの要件

外部アクション ワークフローを構成して使用する場合、ワークフローのすべてのユーザーは、外部アクションをサポートする Salesforce および Tableau エディションのサイト ロールとパーミッションを持つ必要があります。

## 外部アクションの導入要件

外部アクション ワークフロー拡張機能を使用する場合、Salesforce 管理者は、Salesforce で Tableau Server 用の[接続アプリケーションを作成](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.connected_app_create.htm)する必要があります。

また、Tableau Server または Tableau Cloud サイトのドメイン (拡張機能が展開される) を [Salesforce クロス オリジン リソース共有 (CORS) の許可リスト](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.extend_code_cors.htm)に追加する必要があります。

## 外部アクションをオンまたはオフにする

Tableau 2022.3 より、Tableau 外部アクション機能は既定でオンになっています。この機能は、Tableau サービスマネージャー (TSM) コマンド ライン インターフェイス (CLI) を使用するか、サイトレベルの設定を構成してオフにすることができます。

### TSM CLI の使用

[TSM CLI を使用](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/tsm.htm)して、`vizqlserver.workflow_objects_enabled` 構成キーの値を `tsm configuration set -k vizqlserver.workflow_objects_enabled -v false` に設定します。

構成をキーの値を変更した後、`tsm pending-changes apply` コマンドを使用して、変更を適用する必要があります。保留中の変更にサーバーの再起動が必要な場合は、`pending-changes apply` コマンドの実行時に、再起動が行われることを知らせるメッセージが表示されます。このメッセージはサーバーが停止していても表示されますが、その場合には再起動は行われません。`--ignore-prompt` オプションを使用してメッセージを表示しないようにすることができます。ただし、このオプションにより、再起動に関する動作が変わることはありません。変更を適用する際に、サーバーの再起動が必要ない場合は、プロンプトは表示されずに変更が適用されます。詳細については、[「tsm pending-changes apply」](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/cli_pending-changes.htm#pending-changes-apply)を参照してください。
