# ストーリー

Tableau の**ストーリー**とは、情報を伝達するために連続した視覚化を組み合わせたものです。ストーリーを作成することで、データを物語風に語ったり、背景を提供したり、決定と結果の関連を示すことができます。または単に強力な説明を行うこともできます。

ストーリーはシートであるため、ワークシートやダッシュボードの作成、名前付けなどの管理に使用するのと同様の方法がストーリーにも適用されます (詳細については、[ワークブックとシート](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/ja-jp/environ_workbooksandsheets.htm)を参照してください)。それと同時に、ストーリーは順番に配置された一連のシートでもあります。ストーリーに含まれる各シートは**ストーリー ポイント**と呼ばれます。

ストーリーを共有する場合 (たとえば、Tableau Public、Tableau Server、または Tableau Cloud にワークブックをパブリッシュする)、ユーザーはストーリーも操作し、データに関して新しい点を示したり、質問したりすることができます。
