# Tableau での FORMAT() 関数の回避

Tableau にはフィールドを書式設定するための FORMAT() 関数はありませんが、ワークブック内のフィールドの構造と外観を変更するためのさまざまな手段が提供されています。

- 地理的フィールドについては、[地理的役割の割り当て](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/ja-jp/maps_geographicroles.htm)を参照してください。
- 日付フィールドまたは数値フィールドについては、[既定の数値形式の設定](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/ja-jp/datafields_fieldproperties.htm#DefFormat)を参照してください。
    - カスタム日付形式については、「[カスタム日付形式](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/ja-jp/dates_custom_date_formats.htm)」を参照してください。
