# HTTP 404 - File Not Found

You may receive this error if your program code references a Tableau Server URL that does not exist. For example, your web server may construct an invalid URL that cannot be found when the webpage tries to retrieve it.

Another cause for this error is if you did not enter the trusted web servers as specified in [Add Trusted IP Addresses or Host Names to Tableau Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/en-gb/trusted_auth_trustIP.htm). If you have already entered the trusted web servers, verify that the IP addresses or host names are correct.
