# Reverting Workbooks

You may want to undo all of the changes you've made to a workbook and just start back at how it was when you opened it. Rather than clicking through your history using the Undo ![An arrow pointing left.](/tableau/current/en-gb/reader/desktop/en-gb/Img/undo.png) button, you can revert the workbook to its saved state.

#### To revert a workbook:

1. Select File > Revert to Saved.
2. Click Revert in the warning dialog box.
