# Tableau Users

> [!TIP]
>
> This content is part of Tableau Blueprint – a maturity framework allowing you to zoom in and improve how your organisation uses data to drive impact. To begin your journey, take our [assessment](https://www.tableau.com/en-gb/learn/webinars/tableaus-blueprint-self-assessment).

With the audience size estimated in the Use cases and Data sources tab, you will drill down one more level to list users. The Users tab of the [Tableau Blueprint Planner](https://mkt.tableau.com/TableauBlueprintPlanner.xlsx) helps you track individuals’ department, licence level, learning path and onboard date. Remember to designate at least one champion per department. Later, you will publish these names in the user directory on your enablement intranet, which is outlined in the communications guide. Collect the following information for each user or categorise by type of user:

- Name
- Department
- Licence level
- Permission set licence (for CRM Analytics)
- Site role
- Learning plan
- Onboard date
- Tableau champion?
