# Mule Runtime Engine の登録に関するトラブルシューティング

[Runtime Manager でサーバーを作成](https://docs.mulesoft.com/jp/runtime-manager/servers-create)​するときに Mule Runtime Engine 登録エラーが発生する場合、使用している TLS 証明書を信頼するように Mule を設定する必要があることがあります。

手順は、次のとおりです。

1. Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition の公開証明書を取得します。
2. 証明書を Mule Runtime Engine として使用している JVM のトラストストアに追加します。

次の例を使用して、​`$ANYPOINT_DNS`​ を Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition の DNS に設定します。キーストアの場所とパスワードを JVM のトラストストアに置き換えます。

$ keytool -printcert -sslserver $ANYPOINT\_DNS:443 -rfc > /tmp/PCE\_Certificate.cer
$ keytool -importcert -alias anypoint.my-company -keystore <path to keystore> -storepass changeit -file /tmp/PCE\_Certificate.cer
