# Mule 4 の概要: Mule アプリケーションの設定

Mule 3 では、デプロイした環境に合わせてアプリケーションを動的に設定するために、Spring プロパティがよく使用されていました。Mule 4 にはこのための組み込みメカニズムがあり、デフォルト値を設定できるため、Spring を学習する必要がなくなりました。

次のプロパティが YAML ファイルに保存されます。

```yaml
http:
  path: service
  port: "10000"
```

YAML ファイルを Mule アプリケーションに追加するには、設定プロパティと呼ばれるグローバル要素を使用します。この要素の XML は次のようになります。

```xml
<configuration-properties file="myConfiguration.yaml" />
```

アプリケーション内のすべての環境の設定ファイルをパッケージ化しないことを強くお勧めします。その代わりに、このファイルをデフォルトとして、デプロイ時に Runtime Manager を使用してこれらのプロパティを個別に上書きします。
