# IMAP Connector

IMAP Connector は、Mule アプリケーションが IMAP メールサーバーからメールを取得できるようにする IMAP トランスポートチャネルを実装します。

IMAP は、オンラインモードとオフラインモードの両方をサポートしている点を除き、POP3 と似ていますが、たとえば、IMAP ユーザーは明示的に削除するまでメールメッセージを IMAP サーバーに残すことができます。POP3 と同様に、IMAP ではメールを送信できません。そのため、SMTP アウトバウンドエンドポイントを使用する必要があります。

安全なトランスポートチャネル (TLS または SSL) を確保するために、IMAPS プロトコルを指定できます。

1. Anypoint Studio で、Studio タスクバーの Exchange アイコンをクリックします。
2. Anypoint Exchange で \[Login (ログイン)\] をクリックします。
3. コネクタを検索して \[Install (インストール)\] をクリックします。
4. 画面の指示に従ってコネクタをインストールします。

Studio の更新がある場合、右下隅にメッセージが表示されます。メッセージをクリックすると、更新をインストールできます。

IMAP エンドポイント設定は、2 つのフェーズで構成されています。

1. Mule フローを構成するプロセッサーのシーケンスの先頭に IMAP エンドポイントを配置します。フローのメッセージソースとして機能する必要があるため、他の位置に配置することはできません。また、フローで複数のトランスポートチャネルを介してメールを受信できるように、​**Composite Source**​ スコープを使用して POP3 エンドポイントと共に IMAP エンドポイントをラップすることもできます。
2. メッセージフローキャンバスの IMAP エンドポイントアイコンをダブルクリックして開くことができるプロパティエディターで、さまざまなタブの項目の値を入力して IMAP エンドポイントを設定します。
