## [](#isblank1)isBlank(text: String | Null): Boolean

特定の文字列が空 (​`""`​) か、完全に空白で構成されているか、​`null`​ の場合は、​`true`​ を返します。それ以外の場合、関数は ​`false`​ を返します。
